Report issue
Use this page to gather the details needed for a useful support report. App and API reports are queued in EUC Globel storage for diagnosis.
Include these details
- iPhone model and iOS version.
- Wheel model, firmware version, and whether another app is connected.
- The screen or setting that behaved incorrectly.
- Whether the issue happened while signed in or anonymous.
- Any CSV, sync, map, alarm, or telemetry field that looked wrong.
Backend API: POST /api/v1/support/report.
Technical data attached by the app should be used only to diagnose and improve EUC Globel.
