Report issue

Use this page to gather the details needed for a useful support report. App and API reports are queued in EUC Globel storage for diagnosis.

Include these details

• iPhone model and iOS version.
• Wheel model, firmware version, and whether another app is connected.
• The screen or setting that behaved incorrectly.
• Whether the issue happened while signed in or anonymous.
• Any CSV, sync, map, alarm, or telemetry field that looked wrong.

Backend API: POST /api/v1/support/report.

Technical data attached by the app should be used only to diagnose and improve EUC Globel.
