EUC Globel Privacy Policy

Overview

EUC Globel is an electric-unicycle ride app and web service. The app is being built to connect to wheels, record rides, display live telemetry, store tours and logs, and show account or aggregate riding statistics.

Information We Collect

Depending on how you use EUC Globel, we may collect account information, social-login identifiers, ride and tour records, GPS route data, wheel telemetry, data logs, photos or videos you attach to rides, app diagnostics, and support/account-removal requests.

Wheel telemetry can include speed, battery level, voltage, current, power, temperature, distance, alarms, connection status, and similar vehicle data. Location data can include precise route points, speed, altitude, bearing, ride start and finish times, and nearby tour-resume information.

Accounts

Users can create or log in to an EUC Globel account through the EUC Globel backend and configured social providers such as Google, with Apple or Facebook planned when enabled. Signed-in account data is stored under that user's account so the user can retrieve their tours, logs, media metadata, and statistics.

Anonymous Ride Data

If ride or log data is uploaded without a signed-in account, it is stored as anonymous bulk data. Bulk data may be used for public aggregate statistics, charts, maps, heatmaps, diagnostics, and service quality. Anonymous bulk uploads are not stored as a retrievable user account.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide app features, connect to wheels, record and sync rides, calculate statistics, show ride history, support maps and tour review, attach media, troubleshoot bugs, protect the service, respond to support requests, and operate account deletion or data-removal workflows.

Public And Aggregate Features

Public map, heatmap, ranking, and chart features may use aggregated ride statistics. We aim to present these features without exposing private account details unless a user deliberately chooses to publish or share a ride in a future feature.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information and do not use third-party advertising tracking in this development build. We may share limited data with service providers needed to run EUC Globel, including hosting infrastructure, social-login providers, mapping or storage providers, and security/operations tooling.

Your Choices

You can control Bluetooth, Location, Photos, and Notifications through iOS settings. You can use EUC Globel without signing in, but account sync and retrievable account statistics require login. Account removal can be requested from the app, account page, or support flow.

Security And Retention

We use HTTPS for network traffic and store backend sessions as hashes rather than raw session tokens. This project is still in development, and the current JSON storage layout is planned to move to production database storage. Ride records, logs, media metadata, and aggregate statistics are retained while needed to provide the service, debug problems, or maintain account and public aggregate features.

Children

EUC Globel is intended for electric-unicycle riders and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy as the app and backend mature. The current policy will remain available at https://eucglobel.harrybartos.com/privacy.
