EUC Globel Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of EUC Globel, including the iPhone app, website, account system, sync services, public aggregate statistics, and related backend services. By using EUC Globel, you agree to these terms.

Development Status

EUC Globel is currently in development. Features, data formats, account behavior, public statistics, maps, and sync behavior may change as the port matures. Do not rely on the service as your only copy of ride records, logs, routes, media, or telemetry.

Riding Safety

Electric unicycle riding involves risk. EUC Globel provides telemetry, ride recording, alerts, and statistics, but it is not a safety system and cannot guarantee rider safety, wheel safety, battery safety, traffic safety, or legal compliance. You are responsible for riding lawfully, wearing appropriate safety gear, maintaining your wheel, watching your surroundings, and using good judgment.

Accounts

You may create or log in to an EUC Globel account through supported providers such as Google, Apple, or Facebook when configured. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the service, attack the infrastructure, upload unlawful content, or interfere with other users.

Ride Data, Logs, And Media

If you upload rides, logs, media metadata, or telemetry while signed in, that data is associated with your EUC Globel account. If you upload without signing in, the data may be stored as anonymous bulk data for aggregate statistics, diagnostics, charts, maps, and service improvement, but it is not treated as a retrievable user account.

Public And Shared Content

Future public tour, map, ranking, chart, or sharing features may display aggregated data or content that users choose to publish. Do not upload content you do not have permission to use, content that violates another person's privacy, or content that is unlawful or harmful.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse EUC Globel, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, scrape private data, upload malicious files, bypass security controls, impersonate others, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law.

Third-Party Services

EUC Globel may use third-party services for login, hosting, maps, storage, diagnostics, or related infrastructure. Your use of those services may also be governed by their terms and privacy policies.

No Warranty

EUC Globel is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee that the app, website, backend, telemetry, maps, alarms, statistics, sync, or account features will be accurate, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EUC Globel and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of data, lost rides, lost logs, personal injury, property damage, or service interruption arising from use of the app or service.

Account Removal

You may request account and data removal through the app, account page, or support flow. Some anonymous aggregate records, security logs, backups, or records required for legal, safety, or operational reasons may be retained where permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these terms as EUC Globel changes. The current terms will remain available at https://eucglobel.harrybartos.com/terms.
