Do I need an account?

No. EUC Globel can record and upload anonymous ride statistics, but retrievable account history, logs, media, and private statistics require sign-in.

Where is account data stored?

Signed-in user data is stored under that user's account. Anonymous uploads are stored as bulk data for aggregate statistics and diagnostics.

Why do some telemetry values show --?

Values remain blank until the wheel, phone, charger, or backend has provided real data. EUC Globel should not invent dashboard or log numbers.

How do I get help with Bluetooth or wheel data?

Use the report issue page and include wheel model, firmware when available, whether another app is connected, and which dashboard or Live Data field looks wrong.

Can I remove my account?

Yes. Use the account removal page or the in-app account removal action.
